Role Overview:
As Head of Delivery Operations, you will lead a 400+ member team across project and vendor management to ensure timely, quality-driven home interior deliveries. Your role will uphold operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and team accountability across regions.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Leadership: Mentor and manage a large team, fostering a customer-focused, high-performance culture.
  2. Customer-Centric Operations: Drive seamless project coordination to ensure on-time, high-quality deliveries.
  3. SOP Development & Adherence: Create and enforce SOPs for consistent and scalable processes.
  4. Change Management: Lead initiatives for operational improvements and service innovation.
  5. Vendor Management: Build strong vendor relationships to align on quality and timelines.
  6. Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs, provide insights, and identify improvement areas.
Job Requirement
Qualifications:
  • Experience: 10-12 years of experience in operational leadership roles, preferably in project or service delivery organizations. Experience leading large teams (300+ members) is a must.
  • Education: Bachelor’s in Engineering/Sciences; MBA preferred.
  • Skills: Customer-centric approach to problem solving, People management across multiple locations, vendor management, operational expertise, change management, analytical skills, and SOP development.
Preferred Background:
Professionals with an Indian Armed Forces background, bringing leadership, discipline, and a strategic approach to complex operational environments, are strongly encouraged to apply.
