Sales Manager - HomeLane Reno
Job Description:
- Be responsible for achieving sales targets as per the AOP plan by working with the respective XP teams
- Ensure interaction with XP sales teams to increase HL Reno meetings MOM
- Working on a governance model to ensure 100% adherence of HL Reno sales SOP as defined by the management
- Prospect relentlessly to build the pipeline and strong relationships with prospects
- Create reliable forecasts and be completely transparent with management on the pipeline
- Be proactive about solving problems even if it's outside of your area and be ready to take on additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge
- Seek out opportunities to be a leader and do everything you can to help the company achieve its larger objectives
- Open to travel to multiple locations in order to promote HL Reno category

- The ideal candidate for this role will come with past experience in managing relationships with customers and running a sales team, with clear sales targets.
