Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Performance Marketer to join our team. As the Senior Manager for Performance Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth through various online channels. You will lead a team of marketing professionals, collaborate cross-functionally with other departments, and leverage data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance and achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement performance marketing strategies to achieve revenue and CAC% targets across digital channels such as PPC, SEM, display advertising, affiliate marketing, and social media.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of performance marketing specialists, providing guidance and support to optimize campaign performance and professional growth.
- Utilize data analytics tools and marketing technology platforms to track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Collaborate closely with the creative, product, sales ops and business teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in digital marketing, and apply knowledge to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
- Manage budgets effectively, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure cost-effective execution of marketing campaigns while maintaining high standards of quality and performance.
- Oversee the marketing funnel from leads to sales, addressing bottlenecks, optimizing journeys, root cause analysis and aligning with sales and business teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates
- Develop A/B testing and experimentation frameworks to optimize conversion rates and user engagement throughout the customer journey.
- Monitor and evaluate competitive landscape and market trends to identify challenges and opportunities, and adjust strategies accordingly.
